  • HONEST MONEY ACQUISITION IN CHRISTIANITY, ISLAM, AND TRADITIONAL RELIGION
  • 1Divide class into three groups. Group 1 reads the textbook section on Christian teaching about money (1 Timothy 4:8); Group 2 reads Bible/Quran reference texts on Islamic work ethic; Group 3 reads about Traditional Religion's view of honest labour. Each group lists two honest ways to earn money on the board
  • 2Call on one representative from each group to share their list aloud; write all responses on the board under three columns (Christianity, Islam, Traditional Religion). Use Textbook during the task.
  • 3Ask: Which honest ways appear in MORE than one religion? Learners identify shared values (hard work, avoiding theft, fair trading) using the three lists on the board. Use Textbook during the task.
